Welcome to PopOff! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PopOff mobile application, website, services, and features (collectively, the "Service") operated by its creator Carson Stark ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using PopOff in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

PopOff is not directed to children under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use PopOff under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, or that we have collected personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that information and terminate the account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PopOff, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and our End User License Agreement (EULA). Continued use of the platform constitutes continued acceptance of all current terms and policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

PopOff enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Users may not post, upload, stream, transmit, or share any content — or engage in any activity — that includes or promotes:

• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats
• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Violence or incitement to violence
• Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability
• Self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior
• Spam, scams, or deceptive or misleading content
• Copyright-infringing, illegal, or age-inappropriate material
